Born in Canada and raised in Louisiana and the Bay Area, Crystal Tran made her way towards Los Angeles by going to the University of California, Santa Barbara to earn her Business Economics degree. No longer willing to sacrifice her happiness for her parent’s expectations, she immediately enrolled herself into the Esthetician program at the Santa Barbara City College Cosmetology Academy and applied for M.A.C. Cosmetics. 

Her passion for makeup started in high school doing makeup applications on friends and family for proms, quinceaneras, and cotillions. She loved giving women a new sense of confidence because she believes women can achieve their full potential if they can look and feel their greatest. 

Currently, Crystal is a full-time artist based in the City of Angels. She feels lucky to have had the opportunity to work with actors from Kiera Knightley, and Zoe Saldana, to Kevin Costner and Steven Yeun. She has had her work featured in magazines such as Harper's Bazaar, Esquire, and The Hollywood Reporter, to name a few, and is excited for the upcoming opportunities this profession has to offer.
