From the moment she was 9 years old and made the pivotal decision to spend her candy money on an indigo blue Wet N Wild eyeliner instead of a box of Lemonheads, Jeni has been enamored of makeup and the art of applying it ever since. Growing up in her hometown of San Francisco, that fascination never waned. After moving to Los Angeles, and at a makeup artist friend’s invitation to assist on a commercial shoot, she endeavored to dip her toe into the waters of professional makeup artistry. Soon she was swimming deep.
Today, Jeni’s makeup resume runs the gamut- from print and television commercials, fashion editorials, red carpet, music videos and tours.

If you ask where the inspirations for her work come from, she will cite dreams, music, fashion, film, photography, paintings, cultural/world traditions, and nature.
